    Shipping: Orders are delivered sealed. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs and handle the replacement.

    Exchanges: Available within 14 days of receipt through our social media page or directly at any of our branches.

    Returns / Refunds: Available within 14 days at any branch, or by sending a courier to collect the items. Refunds will be transferred to your electronic wallet once the returned items are received back at our warehouse (shipping costs will be deducted).
