Terms of service

Welcome to Solang. By using solangshop.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are: Solang is a kids' clothing brand. We make our products in our own factory in Egypt and have branches in several governorates.

Orders: an order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation message, and we may contact you to confirm the address or size. If an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error, we will contact you, and we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Prices: all prices are in Egyptian pounds. Prices and offers may change at any time; the price that applies is the one at the time your order is confirmed. Shipping costs depend on your governorate and are shown before payment.

Payment, delivery and exchanges: pay cash on delivery or online. Delivery details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and exchange and return details in our Exchange & Return Policy.

Photos and sizes: we do our best to make photos match the product; colors may differ slightly depending on your screen. Sizes follow the size guide on the site.

Content: all photos, texts and trademarks on the site belong to Solang and may not be used without permission.

Your data: we protect your privacy as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms: we may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the site is the one that applies. These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
