Refund policy

Exchanges: you can exchange any item (except socks and tights) within 14 days of delivery, at any of our branches, or message us on Facebook or Instagram and we will arrange the exchange through our courier. You pay the shipping cost for the exchange.

Returns: you can return any item (except socks and tights) within 14 days of delivery. If you return it at any of our branches, you get your money back in cash at the branch right away. If a courier collects the items from you, the amount is transferred to a mobile wallet once the items reach our warehouse, with shipping costs deducted. We do not refund via InstaPay.

Condition for exchange and return: the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unwashed and with the tag still attached.

Manufacturing defect or wrong item: we exchange it and cover all shipping costs.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned: socks and tights.

How to request an exchange or return: message us on our Facebook or Instagram page with your order number and the item you want to exchange or return, or bring the item and your order number to the nearest branch.
