Shipping policy

We deliver to all governorates of Egypt.

Delivery time: 2 to 5 days from order confirmation.

Shipping cost depends on the governorate, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm your order:

• EGP 100: Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Helwan, Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh, Gharbia, Monufia, Qalyubia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Sharqia, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez.
• EGP 110: Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya.
• EGP 120: Matrouh, Qena, Sohag.
• EGP 140: Asyut, Luxor, Aswan, New Valley, Red Sea, North Sinai, South Sinai.

Payment: cash on delivery with no extra fees, or online by card or in installments.

Receiving your parcel: your parcel arrives sealed and is handed over as is; it cannot be opened and items cannot be tried on before you receive it. If there is any problem after delivery, you have 14 days to exchange or return under our Exchange & Return Policy.

Manufacturing defect or wrong item: we exchange it and cover all shipping costs.
