Shipping Policy

Shipping: Orders are delivered sealed. In case of a manufacturing defect, we cover shipping costs and handle the exchange.

Exchanges: Available within 14 days of receiving your order via our page or in-store.

Returns: Available within 14 days in-store, or by courier pickup. Refunds are issued via E-Wallet once items return to our warehouse (shipping cost deducted). Please coordinate with Customer Service in both cases.

Note: Socks and tights are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
